The Next Worker.

Since working at Next in "REPLEN", I got to see some sneaky look at some dresses that I kind of want... Strange, because last year, I hated Next. I'll be honest, I walked around the store and thought "There's seriously nothing I'd wear", but being in the stock rooms are so different to the stuff they actually sell.

- It's all so pretty!
Yes. I sound MEGA girlie right now. Deal. Heh.
So what do I spot when going through the stock? Check it out below. Not that you'll like it, as it's what I look at all saturday and for this week, abit of Sunday. The Next photos seriously don't do any justice to how nice the clothes are.

So what else to say about my day? Apart from the fact my feet kill me? I keep checking to see if they're still there. I've been on my feet all weekend! Damn sale at Next, grrr. Then again, saturday night, I wore heels and danced part of the night away... That might have something to do with the throbbing...

Hmm, what else to say? If you haven't already heard of Laura Marling, you really should! Her beautiful acoustic and one of a kind voice combined with her genre of music is so... fantasisingly depressive? No, that's not the word... Hey, I'm terrible at reviews, but her lyrics tell different stories and meanings to those in the mainstream industry. She's deffinately someone to have on your iPod/MP3 to suit a certain mood when the World feels plain.

- I leave you with that :)

The Nude Life.

Aww. My last day of Life Drawing. Was fun (!), but slightly creepy when the guy kept looking at me, then again, if he's facing my direction where else is he meant to look? He closed his eyes a couple of times, bless him.

Who knew I could draw?! I'm actually quite proud of these drawings (below). You may look at them and be like "That's not all good, you know..." but I believe you don't understand how, for me, it really, really is.

I just love using charcoal. I think, depending on what pathway I choose for the rest of my foundation course I'm going to use charcoal all the time!

- Haha. I'm not even joking.

Getting home was surprisingly as quick and easy as it could have ever been. As soon as I got to the bus stop, waited five minutes and jumped on a bus, then got off at my stop (surprisingly no traffic) and jumped on my next bus another five minutes later. Now everyone might think this means nothing but I believe in karma and fate trying to push you over the edge to see if you deserve a "good day". This morning I missed my first bus to uni, twice.
- Cutting story short: The bu's went passed me so I thought I'd go round the "back streets" and meet the bus at the other end as it's normally stuck in traffic. Walked up the road, and behold, the bus I was chasing after drove past me again and I didn't stress out. Kept my cool.
Naturally, karma rewarded me. Yay! I do love karma when it's nice to me.

Here's a question; Do I want my friend to move away to Sussex?
- Obviously not!
She leaves tomorrow and I guess all I can do is wish her good luck. We promised to write to each other, keep in contact, and all that jazz. But hey, we're all old enough to know how the ball rolls. We'll keep in contact at first, then slowly it'll be months before we decide to send a message.
Dang, I hope Sussex is worth it and she gets everything she needs from there. If I'm saying 'Goodbye' to her it might as well be darn worth it!

The Sketch Drawing.

Ohh, what a lovely day at Art College, (lie, lie, lie, lie and more lies!). Key skills... What can I possibly say about Key Skills for anyone to understand the torment of wanting to scratch your ears out because blood pouring out of your now non-excistent, bone broken, gorged ears would sound pleasently better than listening to a woman with a scary tan and the same accent as the stalker girl from Skins (series 2) go on and on and on about the same thing you'll be doing in your course for the rest of your year.
- Oh. My. "Gawd".
Seriously? The more she repeated "C'mon guys, if you do as I say we can go home early", the more I wanted to smash my head against the table. So what did I do all day to keep myself remotely sane? I drew on myself.
Haha, yes. I did one of the most childish things you could do when you're bored. Totally not my fault as a new friend I recently found was talking to me about tatoos so I started drawing silly things.
Great thing about today? We got let out early and didn't wait long for a 314 then soon after arriving at my stop jumped on a B15 home. Making a new friend and drove past my boyfriend so I went all "STOP THE BUS!", ran off the bus, down the road, with my baggy jeans falling down and my shoulder bag beating the crap out of my thigh until he realised there was a crazy girl running after him.
- Lots of hugs and kisses all round! :)

The Jaw Dropping.

At this point in the evening, the only thing worth talking about is the TV show, Supernatural. Yes, I'm a fan. Not a number one fan. But a huge fan none the less.

Courtesy of my dear friend for lending me the first episode who told me I would not be disappointed. I was far for disappointed. Let's be truthful; My jaw dropped more than four times through the forty-one minutes worth of footage.
The first episode, to me, was the best episode I have ever seen through out the three seasons and there's so many questions I want answered. Constantly watching each week for more of Sam and Dean I oh-so-very-well will be doing. There's no point in lying. But one question comes to mind: Now they've started the first episode with such an amazing start, will the writers and directors be able to keep it up for the rest of the season?
That being said, Eric Kripke has (in not these words exact) revealed that there will be so much more to learn about the Winchester boys, so I'm not all that worried. There will also be more info on Mummy Winchester herself.
- Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!

Officially, I believe I can say I love Supernatural more than ever, and this is one season that is going to be more than worth seeing. Hell, it'll be a season to watch before you die! For me, it now tops my use-to-be favourite TV series ever, Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

The First Timer.

Wow. My first "official" blog.
- This could get interesting, kids.

Can't say I have ever had the pleasure of using the Internet as some sort of a diary update. (Unless Myspace counts? ...Yeah, Didn't think so either). I had a paper diary... Hell! I still do have that same diary right next to my bed. But, unfortunately, I seem to have lacked much interest in picking it up and scribbling across the page about my days worth of life.
Has my enthusiasm disappeared? I oh-so-certainly hope not!

Maybe my brain is unconsciously telling me to modernise my way of reviewing life?
- We'll find out sooner or later.

Well, who would have thought (to those that know me) that I'd have a paid job. A little sad, and proves how lazy I am, at being my age and only just deciding I should get money independently.
Doing something for myself. Walking down the road to a bank and looking at my account and saying "Yeah, I earned that. I worked for that". The satisfaction of knowing I did something for myself. The pleasure of having an invisible one finger salute to those who truely believed I'd live off Daddy-kins forever.

My first day of work. I have to say, I struggled at first. Since I work in Retail and as my position of "Replen", I have to carry a computor device around with me that tells me what in the shop needs re-stocking.
Confusing. Lots of outfits, letters and numbers.
- Daunting stuff if you haven't the foggiest of where on Earth you are.

So today pretty much sums up my new stage in life. I'm a first timer in alot of things in my life. Leaving and saying goodbye to the old and being rushed into the new.

Alas, all I can say is one of the cheesiest quotes going; Only time will tell.
